Love Week – April 2012

Go.  Serve. Love.  This is the purpose of our “Love Weeks.”  Our next Love Week is coming to ValleyPoint Church this April!  This week long campaign will give us the opportunity to serve the communities around us in an inspiring, hope-filled kind of way.  It’s the chance for ValleyPoint to make a lasting difference close to home.  This Love Week will focus on the communities in Marcus Hook and Linwood.  Here is a list of our Love Week events.  Read through the list, pick something that fits your schedule, and then go, serve, and love!  Sign-ups for Love Week will take place Sunday, April 1st, 8th and 15th after both of our Sunday morning gatherings:

Sign ups will be on Sunday, April 1th, 8th and 15th

Community Needs –   There are many in the community who are in great need of perishable food items like milk, meat, eggs, juice, formula, diapers, etc.  You can contribute either online or by designating the funds “Love Week” in an envelope in the collection baskets on until 4/22.  We are giving KidPoint banks on April 1 to start their own collection!  This should be above and beyond your regular giving.  You can also give online here.
