Finish 2014 at ValleyPoint!

I’m still in awe at how God moved in each of our Christmas Eve services. The crowds were big, the energy was contagious, and the children’s choir was endearing. Thanks for inviting your family and friends. It was great to see so many in attendance. My prayer is that these Christmas services are a catalyst for people to make ValleyPoint a part of their regular Sunday activity as we move into a new year. One of the highlights of the Christmas Eve service for me was taking a picture with a dear friend who is healthy and happy. A couple of years ago he had a bone marrow transplant. To see him experiencing Christmas Eve together with his family…special.

On Sunday, December 28th, we will host our last services of 2014. Conclude this year by joining me at ValleyPoint. I hope you can be there. Our friendship with God is not something that can be left to develop on its own. Like any relationship without thoughtful attention, drift can occur. On Sunday, we’ll identify ways to avoid this drift that takes us away from God’s best.

I can’t think of a better topic to set up the new year. You are loved ValleyPoint. I’ll see you on Sunday!

Grace + Peace…
