Check This Out

Don’t miss the ValleyPoint Church Breakfast this Sunday, July 12th!

Simplify continues this Sunday! I can’t wait to teach this week from Luke 19. It’s possible to move from overwhelmed to in control when it comes to our finances. We will investigate the story of a man named Zacchaeus. God changed his heart. When his heart changed, he became generous. We will talk about how generosity produces unexpected outcomes. We’ve seen this happen at ValleyPoint, and I can’t wait to give this challenge on Sunday.

Zacchaeus‘ name is interesting. It comes from the Hebrew word (zakkay) which means “pure” or “innocent.” No one would have described Zacchaeus that way (he was a tax collector – an “undesirable” in this culture). But…then he met Jesus and things began to change. It’s a powerful story (read it here).

AND…we’re having a church breakfast this Sunday! Come hungry and be ready to eat from 10:15-11am. See the information below for what you will need to bring. Hope to see you there!
