It’s time change Sunday…set those clocks back and we’ll see you at ValleyPoint!

Wow! I’m still overwhelmed with our groundbreaking event. It was quite a gathering on the property of our future home. The sight of people laughing, kids playing, dirt flying, and praise being given to God was just a glimpse of what it will be like to have our own church “home.” It’s a day I will remember forever. Thank you for being such a passionate and loving church family. We will be showing a highlight video of the event this Sunday. Check out the pictures on Facebook, too.

We jump back into our series, “Where Did it Go?” this week. We have been discussing areas of our lives where we often lose control. On Sunday, I will be talking about the financial part of our lives. What we will discover is that my view of money will determine whether I do or do not have control in this area.

Just For You…

+ Real Women – Saturday, November 5th: Need inner strength? Do you desire to grasp God’s unconditional love? There are a few steps we can take. Real Women meets again on Saturday, November 5th and we will investigate a prayer in Ephesians 3:14-21 that may change how we look at this season and God’s amazing love for us. Enjoy breakfast and connection from 9-11am at the Bethel Road Campus. Childcare will be provided for both meetings so invite a friend!

+ Discover ValleyPoint – this Sunday, November 6th: Learn about ValleyPoint, ask questions, and discover our heartbeat. “Discover” takes place at 10:30pm between our gathering times. A member of our First Impressions team will direct you to the meeting location.

+ KidPoint (k-5th grade students): Throughout November, KidPoint will focus on the word “honor.” Honor is a response to the character of God. Our kids will learn that Jesus was the ultimate example of someone who showed others their value.

+ OnPoint (6th-12th grade students): Friends are awesome! OnPoint starts a new series this Sunday called Upside Down. We’ll be talking about friendships, and how God can turn our ideas about friendships upside down! OnPoint meets from 4:30-6:30pm at the Bethel Road Campus.

+ Baptism – Sunday, November 20thIf you have trusted in Jesus alone to save you, and are ready to make that decision public…CONGRATULATIONS! We invite you to make plans to participate in our next baptism celebration. This event will take place between our two gatherings. Invite friends and family to join you as we celebrate this special day as a faith community. Register here.

+ Pasta with the Pastor – Sunday, November 20thIf you are new (or newer) to ValleyPoint, we (Eric & Tonia Koehler) would love to share a meal with you. “Pasta with the Pastor” will take place at the Bethel Road Campus at 12:30pm. Sign-up this Sunday at the Just For You area.

God is good! Enjoy that extra hour of sleep. Can’t wait to see you on Sunday.
