Love Day – this Saturday. AND…we’re talking about anger this Sunday!

FIGHT continues this Sunday with a deeper look into the life of Samson. This Old Testament character will help us understand how explosive anger can destroy everything that matters to us. Samson allowed anger to dominate his responses and the results are not pretty. Practical takeaways will be given to help us respond appropriately. If you missed the talk from last week, you can listen here.

Love Day – this Saturday! Breakfast will be served at the Bethel Road Campus at 8:30am. After that, we’ll have the incredible opportunity to GO, SERVE, and LOVE in our communities. See details below. During construction, it is best to use the temporary entrance to our campus from the Garnet Valley High School drive off Bethel Road (that borders our property).

Just For You…

+ Love Day Opportunities – Saturday, February 18th:

  • Cradles to Crayons: This organization provides children from birth through age 12 living in homeless or low-income situations with the essential items they need to thrive at home and school. Participants will provide a quality check on clothing, shoes, and toys.
  • Toy Cleaning at ValleyPoint: Participants will wipe away the winter cold germs so our little ones can enjoy clean toys.
  • Grocery Shopping for Chester Families: Participants will go grocery shopping for families in need and then personally deliver those items. We will be using our Christmas Initiative to provide you with the funds necessary to surprise and delight families and put smiles on their faces.

+ Baptism – Sunday, February 26thIf you have trusted in Jesus alone to save you, and are ready to make that decision public…CONGRATULATIONS! We invite you to make plans to participate in our next baptism celebration. This event will take place between our two gatherings. Invite friends and family to join you as we celebrate this special day as a faith community. Register here.

See you on Sunday!
