Time change Sunday!

Ready to gain an hour of sleep?! Turn those clocks back on Saturday and prepare to be fully awake for “Best Of” on Sunday at ValleyPoint. We are going back to the series, “Get Off Your Donkey.” This talk dives into a fascinating story Jesus told in Luke 10. As we prepare to move into our new home, the challenge to check our “compassion meter” and make sure that our hearts are captured with God’s rescuing work, will be priorities. Do not miss this Sunday!

Just For You…

+ Real Women – Saturday, November 5th, and Tuesday, November 7th: Ladies – come connect with other women and be encouraged this Saturday morning (9-11am) or Tuesday, November 7th (7-8:30pm) at the Bethel Road Campus. Kristi McInnes will be sharing how we can be praying for each other. We may say, “I’m praying for you,” but how can we effectively pray for each other? Colossians 1:7-14 teaches us how. Xio Roldan is our “someone you should know” for the month. She makes displays of verses for her home, and she is going to share her work with us. Childcare is provided. Come and bring a friend!

+ Prayer time – Sunday, November 5th at 10:30am: You are invited to a special time of prayer between our two gatherings this Sunday at 10:30am in the teacher’s lounge across from the cafeteria. We will be praying specifically for our nation, First Responders, and ValleyPoint Church.

+ Moving Timeline: Save the dates as we prepare to move. Note ONE SERVICE TIME ON Sunday, November 26th.

  • Sunday, November 19th – Celebration Sunday at the middle school
  • Sunday, November 26th – One gathering at 10:15am and parade to new home
  • Sunday, December 3rd – Kick-off Sunday!
  • Sunday, January 7th – Grand Opening

+ Next baptism – this Sunday, November 5th: If you have trusted in Jesus alone to save you, and are ready to make that decision public…CONGRATULATIONS! We invite you to make plans to participate in our next baptism celebration. This event will take place between our two gatherings. Invite friends and family to join you as we celebrate this special day as a faith community. Register here.

Have a great weekend. See you on Sunday!
