At ValleyPoint, we have a dream of pointing people to real relationships that inspire real significance. That dream happens on a local and global level. The compassion efforts of ValleyPoint begin close to home. We believe that our primary calling is to reach and serve the people of our home region. We do this through regular investment in our church, the communities around us, and strategic local partnerships.
Our primary tool for reaching our community is what happens right at ValleyPoint. Our church programs serve hundreds of people in our area. In addition to the ministry that takes place there, we also host semi-annual campaigns called “Love Week”. These week long events give us the opportunity let our local communities know that we exist for them by serving them in simple, practical ways.
But it doesn’t stop there. ValleyPoint also has a global impact in places like Russia, and Guatemala. Regular compassion trips give many the opportunity to have real significance through serving orphans, helping with building projects, and encouraging local missionaries. These compassion trips are always life-changing experiences that provide life-long memories.
