ValleyPoint Students

Our Students are Significant

We love and highly value our bright, funny, and enthusiastic 6th-12th grade ValleyPoint Students! We strive to live out the vision of ValleyPoint – pointing people (students in our case) to real relationships and real significance. We want students to know that they can have a personal and genuine friendship with Jesus as well as with their peers and leaders.

Students find themselves in a pivotal season of life inundated with change, opportunities and decisions. We strive to be a steady, safe, and inviting place for students to be known, encouraged, and equipped to live out lives of significance and joy. As a church, we’re committed to helping the next generation dream big and leave significant legacies in every grade, every school and every season of life.  We believe in you. More importantly, God believes in you!

ValleyPoint Students are social! Stay connected with us.

Our Experience is Unique

Our gatherings are known for being both fun and meaningful. Students gather, worship and connect with friends on Sunday evenings each week. They spend time with leaders who really care and are committed to mentoring them through the challenges they face. Throughout the year we host outreach experiences where students have the opportunity to impact their neighbors and the nations through hands-on service projects. ValleyPoint Students is not just a generic youth group, it’s a family of students who love, laugh and serve together pressing into authentic faith in Jesus.

7th Double Dog Dare-A-Thon Event

Double Dog Dare-a-Thon is a super fun outreach event that takes place the weekend of October 6th and 7th. The goal is to provide our students the opportunity to invest in their friends who don’t attend church and invite them to ValleyPoint Students!

How it works: On Saturday, October 6th, each student invites a friend or two over (maybe to spend the night at his or her house—with parent permission, of course). At 7:00 p.m. the students visit ValleyPoint Students Instagram or Facebook page and begin the eight dares. They take a photo of themselves completing each dare and upload it to either platform tagged with a special hashtag.

On Sunday, October 7th bring your team to our ValleyPoint Students event from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. and we will announce the winners and award prizes. Every student has a chance to win. Trust us…it will be worth it!
