OUR WELCOME BACK PLAN

We are excited to share plans to safely welcome our church family back to our campus.

The details of this approach reflect the guidance of different levels of government as well as the CDC and account for the unique needs of our own faith community.

The plans are flexible enough to adapt if needed, as our community, region, state even the entire country begins to recover from COVID-19.

We will continue to monitor all guidance from local, state, and federal agencies indefinitely while creating opportunities to worship, connect, and go that ensure the safety of our church family.

  • STEP 1

We will take our first step towards meeting back together by offering outdoor events and following appropriate public health guidelines. All Sunday gatherings, Connection Groups, and other weekly ministries, including ValleyPoint Students, remain in online formats. Sunday gatherings will continue on Facebook Live.

  • STEP 2

During this step, we will open our doors for small gatherings and other inside events, adhering to capacity and public health guidelines. Sunday gatherings will remain online, while ValleyPoint Students and Connection Groups may gather in-person under capacity and public health guidelines.

  • STEP 3

During this step, we will increase the size of our inside gatherings. Weekend in-person gatherings will resume, adhering to capacity guidelines. We will offer adjusted seating and gathering options to ensure that everyone is safe and that we are following public health guidelines. In this step, we will not provide family ministry programs (birth-5th grade) at our gatherings.

  • STEP 4

During this step, we look to take the final stride in meeting back together in-person. All gatherings and Sunday programming will resume, including family ministry programming. We will continue to adhere to all capacity and public health guidelines for as long as needed to keep everyone safe.
